Cancellation Policy

Written notifications cancelling conference and/or additional registrations will be accepted and a full refund provided if received by Smith & Sons Corporate Office by 31st January 2018. After this date, only substitute registrations will be accepted as no refund will be granted. Accommodation cancellation penalties may also apply.
